Food For Thought: It’s Time To Question What You’ve Been Told
Learn to look at your food a little bit differently.
Nutrition can be confusing. It is the only field where you can scientifically prove opposing theories and still be right. In science we stick to facts, the Earth rotates around the Sun; the freezing point of water is 32 degrees; what goes up must come down. Water doesn’t sometimes freeze at 45 degrees. The Sun doesn’t sometimes rotate around the Earth. However, in the science of nutrition, what holds true for one individual may be false for another.
So, Why is Nutrition so Different?
We are beginning to understand the relationship between diet and our health, but even with all the research and facts that have been gathered, most of us are still confused about our food. As a Health Coach, it is my goal to navigate you towards a better understanding of your version of health, because in spite of science and all the facts, there is no single dietary theory that works for every person.

Many of us have lost our sense of intuition when it comes to eating. We are told to eat fat free, sugar free, wheat free, but why? Do really understand the reason we are eating the way we do, and is it working for us? These are questions we should ask ourselves.
