STUDIO EDUCATOR

We are looking for a team player to provide excellent customer service to our guests and communicate clearly our mission, studio services and products.  This is a part-time customer service and sale position. Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales goals are set to achieve. 

Desired Qualifications:

1yrs.+ Sales Experience
Must be available nights and weekends.
Posses strong computer skills
Strong, verbal written communication skills
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable access to motorized transport/car
Fitness industry experience is a plus

Current Shifts Available: Several shifts available throughout the week.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate Base plus aggressive commission schedule.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 

We are looking for a part-time individual to provide administrative support in accounting services, hr support, and general office management.

Requirements:
2 yrs.+ experience in HR/Admin/Office Management is required
Posses strong computer skills
Trouble shoot and solve IT related issues
Strong, written communication skills
Is highly organized and detail-oriented 
Able to maintain files and reports through comprehensive record-keeping
Reliable access to motorized transport/car
Fitness industry experience is a plus

Duties:

Management of Information:
Receives, distributes, codes and processes all facility account payable invoices.
Reconciles credit card expenses.
Deposits revenues in the bank.
Maintains current employee files according to company policies and procedures.
Maintains and creates employee files as required, including but not limited to vendors, agreements, maintenance agreement, certificates of insurance, etc.
Payroll/Human Resources
Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files and personnel records according to company policies and procedures. 
Compile schedule information for each employee to generate accurate payroll.
Receives payroll register and paychecks and distributes checks according to policy. 

Communications:
Maintains open and effective communication with all employee and instructors.
Orients new employees in company’s policies and procedures.
Answers incoming phone calls and courteously and positively, directs calls, answers basic questions, and takes clear and accurate messages.
Prepares, distributes, and files correspondences and other documents.
Monitors and responds to company’s membership, programs, and general information emails.

Other:
Provides administrative and secretarial support to upper management and other department heads, as needed.
Maintains adequate inventory of office/company’s supplies, places orders with approved vendors.
Receives incoming mail and package deliveries, and distributes as necessary.
Maintains postage meter.
Participates in the interview process as well as supervises, trains, coaches, evaluates other office personnel.
Participates in the orientation training and welcoming process for all coworkers in the company.
Plans and follows through to improve workflow and solve problems.
Maintains and protects resident and coworker confidentiality.
Attends staff meetings as scheduled.

Administer office/studio related purchase orders

Schedule and Compensation

20-30 Hours per week.
Pay based on experience.

INDOOR CYCLING INSTRUCTOR

Desired Qualifications: 
Mad Dogg Spinning Certification preferred but other cycling certifications may be approved as well.
Nationally accredited training certifications (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, USAW, ACE, CSCS, etc)

Skills Required:
Team Player
Excellent Presentation

We are looking for instructors who are available for 6am and 10am classes, along with being available as a sub for the other days/times. 

Compensation:

CROSSFIT COACH

Are you a successful group fitness trainer with CrossFit certification who is looking to coach at one of the best boutique studios in DC? Our fast growing fitness facility with is offering this great opportunity!

We are currently looking for passionate, reliable, motivating coaches with a GREAT presence to run our CrossFit classes. Candidates will coach at our Falls Church location. Our facility trains clientele in more disciplines than just CrossFit, and we have been voted four times best of Falls Church.

Qualifications
CrossFit Level I Certified

Skills Required:
Team Player
Excellent Presentation
Ability to teach CrossFit and broad range of exercise movements to include Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, and Mobility
Outstanding communication skills including, email, public speaking, and small group interactions. 
Excellent listening skills. 

Training Required:
Minimum of Level 1 CrossFit Certified (No exceptions)

Other Training Desired:
Other CrossFit certifications
Nationally accredited training certifications (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, USAW, ACE, CSCS, etc)
