This class will be constantly varied using functional movements performed at a relatively high intensity for the best results in strength, power, endurance, speed, accuracy, flexibility & balance. It is a prerequisite to first completing a minimum of 4-5 CrossFit Foundations classes before entering a regular CrossFit class.
This class focuses on teaching you form & technique at a slower pace, followed by a fun & challenging full body workout. Note: All athletes must complete a minimum of 4-5 Foundations classes prior to attending our regular CrossFit classes.
This is a great way to develop your Olympic weightlifting skills and get stronger for your CrossFit workouts and other pursuits. Workouts at the Barbell will allow you to focus on the development of technique, strength, and power in your Olympic lifts. We welcome ALL athletes to Barbell, from novices to seasoned lifters! It’s a great way to learn and enjoy the camaraderie of lifting with your peers in a safe and encouraging environment.
