Set to energizing and fun playlists, here we use high-reps, low to mid-weight dumbbells, cardio, plyometrics and lots of core work to sculpt your body into shape. Ideal for those looking for a fun challenge, getting fit & toned, and burning calories.
Room is heated to temperatures in the mid 70s. Students of all experience levels are welcome. Options are given to both modify and intensify poses. Bring a yoga mat, water & towel with you, or rent/buy it here. Please be on time as doors close once class starts.
