Yin Yoga Teacher Training Immersion Weekend (14 CEU hours) W/ Heather Tourkin, E-RYT 200

This weekend intensive will introduce the principles and history of Yin yoga. We will practice and learn the postures, as well as ways to modify or amplify the postures to fit students’ individual needs. We will dissect a few key postures as we deepen our knowledge about how Yin Yoga affects the anatomical and energetic systems of the body, and we will explore various pranayama, mediation and storytelling techniques that can be used to help students manage the long holds.
