Meditation is the art of looking inside and being with one’s own inner being. Meditation leads us not only to totally new inner experiences, but it helps us also to enliven our day-to-day life into a more meaningful and more fulfilling existence. Each class will focus on techniques to catch our chattering mind including pranayama breathing techniques to use during the day, in-the-moment to instantly relax the mind, relieve negative emotions (anger, anxiety, regret, fear, etc.) & re-energize. We will finish with a Deep Guided Relaxation meditation to prepare us to flow into the week ahead. All Levels are welcome. This is a 6-week course.
