What makes our Kids Yoga, Fitness and Mindfulness Programs different?

Dancing Mind’s Kids Programs aim to provide a non-competitive environment in which kids can learn yoga, fitness, meditation, nutrition, and good habits in a fun, loving and supportive environment.

As parents ourselves, we understand that we want our kids to learn the tools that will make them more powerful, influential and connected human beings. Our intention is to support kids in building strength, flexibility, and focus, while having a super fun time, learning to relax and finding a sense of inner peace.



Our Mission is to teach kids positive skills, habits, attitudes and values that will inspire and empower them to be impactful citizens in our community.

MightyKIDS! (5-10yrs)

A Mind-Body-Fitness class for children 5-10 yrs old, focused on developing healthy mind & body habits for life!Get your kids off the couch, and leave the phones, tablets and video games all behind! Our MightyKids class is a 75-Minute Mind-Body-Fitness program designed to teach your little one’s life-long positive habits that promote mindfulness, health, and fitness.

Through the use of art projects, yoga, meditation, fitness exercises and interactive games, kids will discover, experience and learn the joys of self-expression, the rewards of good discipline, the importance of active listening, the value of contribution, and acquire tools to stay connected with their mind and body for life!

Starting on July 1, MightyKIDS! classes will be offered ONLY on Saturdays at 4:30pm!

Please make sure to register by Thursday each week!

Minimum class size is 5 children.
