Meditation is the art of looking inside and being with one’s own inner being. This is a Baptiste Power Yoga certified Introduction to Yoga & Meditation Seminar at Dancing Mind.
Meditation leads us not only to totally new inner experiences, but it helps us also to enliven our day-to-day life into a more meaningful and more fulfilling existence. Each class will focus on techniques to catch our chattering mind including pranayama breathing techniques to use during the day, in-the-moment to instantly relax the mind, relieve negative emotions (anger, anxiety, regret, fear, etc.) & re-energize. We will finish with a Deep Guided Relaxation meditation to prepare us to flow into the week ahead. All Levels are welcome. This is a 6-week course.
