In Singapore, national schemes routinely carry most of the cost of adopting technology in community care. In the UK, the path runs through NHS digital assessment. This page maps the routes, and we walk every partner through the application itself.

The Productivity and Digitalisation Grant (PDG) can cover up to 85% of approved costs for community care organisations in Singapore.

Per Active Ageing Centre

The AAC IT Grant funds set-up and first-year subscription of a whitelisted IT system, up to S$33,000 per centre (incl. GST).

S$150,000

PDG project cap

PDG projects are funded between S$30,000 and S$150,000, covering capital expenditure and first-year operating costs.

Singapore

The national schemes, mapped

Three routes cover most community deployments. The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) administers the grants; applications go through the OurSG Grants portal; Synapxe maintains the whitelist that AAC IT Grant funding is tied to.

For Active Ageing Centres

AAC IT Grant

  • One-time funding of up to S$33,000 per centre (incl. GST) under the Age Well SG programme.
  • Covers set-up and the first-year subscription of an AAC IT system, including implementation and data migration.
  • Funding applies only to ASG-Compatible systems and vendors whitelisted by Synapxe.

For community care organisations

Productivity and Digitalisation Grant (PDG)

  • Up to 85% of approved project costs (capital expenditure plus first-year operating costs), capped between S$30,000 and S$150,000 per project.
  • Open to registered Singapore organisations providing community care services in line with MOH requirements.
  • Projects are assessed on feasibility, scalability, sustainability and productivity outcomes; application windows are announced by AIC.

The PDG supersedes the earlier Healthcare Productivity Fund's technology-adoption scheme.

For hospitals & research pilots

Innovation & philanthropic routes

  • The Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) and the National Health Innovation Centre (NHIC) fund clinical-innovation pilots in public healthcare.
  • Foundation and philanthropic programmes (e.g. Temasek Foundation) periodically fund community health pilots.
  • Our clinical trials with partner hospitals began exactly this way; we can share how those pilots were structured.

United Kingdom

NHS-ready, on paper

NHS organisations don't buy through grants; they buy through assessment and procurement. The gateway is the Digital Technology Assessment Criteria (DTAC), and the updated DTAC form has been mandatory since April 2026.

A DTAC submission covers clinical safety (DCB0129, with a named Clinical Safety Officer), data protection, cyber security, interoperability and usability. We prepare the DTAC documentation with each NHS partner as part of the engagement, so your digital team isn't chasing a vendor for evidence mid-procurement.
